Fitness For All Sizes was born of the idea that everyone has the ability to increase their physical fitness. I spent four years losing the weight that took me a year to put on. When I first started, I wish I understood the basics, the myths, and the small but simple ways to stay healthy (even in unfavorable circumstances).
I faced a variety of health concerns and a lot of real life disappointments that tied directly back to my weight. When I first began to take my health and losing weight seriously, I had great immediate results, but quickly put the weight back on. But I made progress. And eventually the destination didn’t really matter as much to me as the journey.

Finding the way to ongoing health and wellness isn’t about a set series of exercises, a perfect routine, or any specific sport. Getting fit is about finding the way from motivation to dedication in spite of life’s many obstacles. As a trainer, I don’t implement solutions, I collaborate with you on solutions that actually work long term.

There’s a lot to learn when it comes to maintaining good health and optimizing routines. The key is understanding when all this knowledge is useful and when it isn’t. A good physical fitness trainer will help you wade through the endless misinformation on social media. But a great trainer keeps you up-to-date on the science of fitness, and helps you apply it to your training.
My story began in front of the mirror
There was simply a day that I no longer recognized myself in the mirror and vowed to make a change. Of course it wasn’t that simple, but it’s not something that can be easily explained. I think about that day often because it’s what sparked my interest in physical fitness, for myself and as a profession. At its core, the experience in front of the mirror was a deep and profound connection to my inner motivation to get fit and stay that way. I hope to inspire others to have this moment of resolution.
