About Me

Professional desk jockey turned fitness coach

When I was in college, I walked around 10 miles a day, golfed a bunch, and lifted weights. After college, I stopped the all the activity but kept a rich diet of pizza and beer.

I gained serious weight by the end of my 20s, but decided in my early 30s that I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life being morbidly obese.
